ButtonMushroom(이하 "개발자")은 분할 카메라·슬라이드 비교 앱 OnLayer(이하 "앱")를 운영하며, 관련 법령을 준수하고 목적에 필요한 최소한의 정보만을 이용합니다.
핵심 요약. 촬영·편집한 사진과 프로젝트는 기본적으로 이용자 기기에만 저장되며 서버로 자동 전송되지 않습니다. 클라우드 백업은 이용자가 직접 실행할 때만 이루어지는 선택 기능입니다. 앱은 광고 식별자를 수집하지 않습니다.

프로젝트 데이터와 사진은 기본적으로 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다. 이용자가 직접 백업 기능을 실행한 경우에만 프로젝트 제목, 슬롯 구성, 텍스트 오버레이, 회전·확대·위치 값, 이미지 파일이 암호화된 HTTPS/TLS 통신으로 클라우드(예: Firebase)에 전송·저장되며, 복원 기능으로 다시 내려받을 수 있습니다. 백업을 사용하지 않으면 데이터는 기기에만 남습니다. 이용자는 언제든 백업 데이터를 삭제하거나 기능을 사용하지 않을 수 있습니다.
앱은 광고 SDK를 사용하지 않으며, 쿠키나 행동 기반 추적을 하지 않습니다. 향후 분석 도구 등을 도입하는 경우 사전에 고지하고 본 방침을 갱신합니다.
이용자는 앱 설정에서 기기 및 클라우드에 저장된 데이터를 직접 확인·수정·삭제할 수 있으며, 문의 이메일로 열람·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청 시 관련 법령에 따라 지체 없이 처리합니다.
개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 임의로 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 수사·규제 기관의 적법한 요청이 있거나 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우에 한해 제공될 수 있습니다. 결제 정보는 Apple/Google 결제 시스템에서만 처리되며 개발자는 카드 정보에 접근·저장하지 않습니다.
운영체제(iOS/Android) 표준 보안 기능을 활용하고, 네트워크 전송 시 HTTPS/TLS 암호화를 적용하며, 무단 접근에 대비해 지속적으로 점검·개선합니다.
앱은 만 14세 미만(또는 거주 지역의 법정 최소 연령 미만) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 보호자께서 아동의 정보가 수집되었다고 판단하시는 경우 아래 이메일로 알려주시면 확인 후 지체 없이 삭제하겠습니다.
클라우드 백업에 사용되는 서버(Google Firebase)는 미국 등 해외에 위치할 수 있으며, 이 경우 각 사업자의 방침과 관련 법령에 따라 안전하게 처리됩니다. 클라우드 백업은 이용자가 선택할 때만 사용됩니다.
법령 변경이나 서비스 개선에 따라 본 방침이 변경될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 앱 내 공지나 스토어를 통해 안내합니다.

ButtonMushroom ("we", "the developer") operates OnLayer ("the app"), a split-camera and slide-comparison app, and complies with applicable law, using only the minimum information necessary for the stated purposes.
In short. The photos and projects you capture and edit are stored only on your device by default and are not automatically sent to any server. Cloud backup is an optional feature that runs only when you start it yourself. The app does not collect advertising identifiers.
The app does not automatically collect any of the following:
Project data and photos are kept on your device by default. Only when you start a backup yourself are the project titles, slot configuration, text overlays, rotation/zoom/position values, and image files transmitted and stored in the cloud (e.g. Firebase) over encrypted HTTPS/TLS, and they can be restored back to your device. If you do not use backup, your data stays on the device. You can delete backup data or stop using the feature at any time.
The app uses no advertising SDKs and does not use cookies or behavioral tracking. If analytics tools are introduced in the future, we will provide advance notice and update this policy.
You can view, edit, and delete data stored on your device and in the cloud directly in the app's settings, and you may request access or deletion via the inquiry email. We respond without delay in accordance with applicable law.
We do not sell or arbitrarily share your personal information with third parties. It may be shared only upon a lawful request from investigative or regulatory authorities, or where you have given prior consent. Payment details are processed only through Apple/Google systems; we never access or store your card information.
We rely on OS-level security (iOS/Android), apply HTTPS/TLS encryption for network transmission, and continuously monitor and improve safeguards against unauthorized access.
The app is not directed to children under 14 (or the applicable minimum age in your region) and does not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child's information has been collected, please contact us at the email below and we will delete it without delay.
Servers used for cloud backup (Google Firebase) may be located outside your country, such as in the United States. In such cases, data is processed safely under each provider's policy and applicable law. Cloud backup is used only when you choose to.
This policy may change with legal updates or service improvements; significant changes will be announced via in-app notices or the store.
