나의 가족 개인정보처리방침

ButtonMushroom(이하 "개발자")은 모바일 앱 나의 가족(이하 "앱")을 운영하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 수집하고 어떻게 이용·보관하는지를 설명합니다.

핵심 요약. 이용자가 입력한 가족 정보(이름·생일·관계·사진 등)는 기본적으로 이용자 기기에만 저장됩니다. 클라우드 백업은 이용자가 로그인하고 직접 백업을 실행할 때만 이루어지는 선택 기능입니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

앱 이용을 위한 회원가입은 필수가 아니며, 아래 정보가 수집될 수 있습니다.

이용자가 입력하는 가족 정보: 가족 구성원의 이름, 성별, 생일·기념일(양력/음력), 사망일, 혈액형, 관계(가계 정보), 이벤트, 메모, 구성원 사진 — 기본적으로 기기 내에만 저장됩니다. 혈액형은 건강 관련 정보에 해당할 수 있으며, 이용자가 직접 입력한 경우에만 저장되고 광고 목적으로 사용되지 않습니다.
기기 정보: 기기 모델, 운영체제 버전, 언어 설정, IP 주소 및 이를 통해 추정한 대략적인 지역
광고 식별자: iOS의 경우 이용자가 추적을 허용한 때에 한해 IDFA
광고 반응 정보: 광고 노출·클릭 등 광고와의 상호작용 기록
앱 이용 기록·내부 식별자: 화면 이동, 기능 사용 등 이용 데이터와 분석용 앱 인스턴스 ID(Firebase Analytics)
클라우드 백업 시: 위 가족 정보(사진 포함)와 백업 계정 식별자. 백업은 로그인 계정별로 구분되어 저장됩니다.
로그인 정보: 클라우드 백업·복원 기능을 사용하는 경우에 한해, 이메일 로그인 시 이메일 주소, 또는 Google·Apple 로그인 시 각 제공자가 전달하는 계정 식별자
구매 정보: 인앱 구매 시 스토어가 발급하는 영수증·거래 식별자 (신용카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보는 Apple이 처리하며 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다)
문의 시 제공 정보: 이메일로 문의하시는 경우 보내주신 이메일 주소와 내용

3. 제3자 서비스 (SDK)

앱은 아래 서비스를 사용하며, 각 서비스는 자체 개인정보처리방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.

4. 로컬 저장과 클라우드 백업

이용자가 입력한 가족 정보와 사진은 기본적으로 기기 내부(로컬 데이터베이스와 앱 저장 공간)에만 보관되며, 개발자의 서버로 자동 전송되지 않습니다. 이용자가 직접 클라우드 백업을 실행하면, 해당 데이터가 로그인 계정에 연결되어 Firebase(Realtime Database·Firestore·Storage)에 저장되고, 복원 기능으로 다시 불러올 수 있습니다. 백업을 사용하지 않으면 데이터는 기기에만 남습니다.

5. 광고와 광고 식별자

앱에는 배너 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 광고 파트너(Google AdMob)는 맞춤 광고 제공을 위해 광고 식별자를 사용할 수 있으며, 기기 설정에서 언제든 이를 제한하거나 재설정할 수 있습니다.

iOS: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적 (허용 안 함 선택 가능)

6. 보관 및 파기

기기에 저장된 데이터는 이용자가 앱 내에서 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제하면 함께 제거됩니다. 클라우드 백업 데이터는 이용자가 삭제를 요청하거나 서비스가 종료될 때 삭제됩니다. 제3자 서비스(제3조)가 수집한 정보는 각 사업자의 개인정보처리방침에서 정한 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다. 관련 법령이 보존을 요구하는 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.

7. 이용자의 권리 (열람·삭제 요청)

기기에 저장된 데이터: 앱 내에서 직접 열람·수정·삭제할 수 있으며, 앱 삭제로 모두 제거됩니다.
클라우드 백업 데이터 및 로그인 계정: 삭제를 요청하시면 연결된 데이터와 함께 삭제해 드립니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 특정 연령층만을 대상으로 하지 않는 일반 이용자용 서비스이며, 만 14세 미만(또는 거주 지역의 법정 최소 연령 미만) 아동의 개인정보를 법정대리인의 동의 없이 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 보호자께서 아동의 정보가 수집되었다고 판단하시는 경우 위 이메일로 알려주시기 바랍니다. 확인 후 지체 없이 삭제하겠습니다.

9. 개인정보의 국외 이전

분석·광고·클라우드 백업·로그인에 사용되는 서버(Google, Apple)는 미국 등 해외에 위치할 수 있으며, 이 경우 각 사업자의 방침과 관련 법령에 따라 안전하게 처리됩니다. 클라우드 백업·로그인은 이용자가 선택할 때만 사용됩니다.

10. 방침의 변경

본 방침이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지를 통해 고지하며, 중요한 변경은 앱 내에서도 안내합니다.

MyFamily Privacy Policy

ButtonMushroom ("we", "the developer") operates the mobile app MyFamily (나의 가족) ("the app"). This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used and stored.

In short. The family information you enter (names, birthdays, relationships, photos, etc.) is stored only on your device by default. Cloud backup is an optional feature that runs only when you sign in and start a backup yourself.

1. Information We Collect

Account sign-up is not required to use the app. The following may be collected:

Family information you enter: member names, gender, birthdays/anniversaries (solar/lunar), date of death, blood type, relationships (family tree), events, memos, and member photos — stored on your device by default. Blood type may be considered health-related information; it is stored only if you choose to enter it and is never used for advertising purposes.
Device information: device model, OS version, language settings, IP address and the approximate region derived from it
Advertising identifier: on iOS, the IDFA only where you have allowed tracking
Ad interaction data: records of ad impressions and clicks
Usage data & internal identifiers: screen views and feature usage, plus an analytics app instance ID (Firebase Analytics)
When you use cloud backup: the family information above (including photos) and a backup account identifier. Backups are stored separately per signed-in account.
Sign-in information: only when you use cloud backup/restore — your email address for email sign-in, or the account identifier provided by Google or Apple sign-in
Purchase information: store-issued receipts and transaction identifiers for in-app purchases (payment details such as card numbers are handled by Apple and are never accessible to us)
Information you provide: your email address and message when you contact us

2. How We Use It

Building the family tree, managing family info and events, and sending birthday/anniversary reminders
Backing up and restoring your data to the cloud when you choose to
Improving stability and analyzing usage statistics
Serving ads and measuring ad performance

4. Local Storage and Cloud Backup

The family information and photos you enter are kept only on your device (in a local database and the app's storage) by default and are not automatically sent to our servers. When you start a cloud backup yourself, that data is linked to your signed-in account and stored in Firebase (Realtime Database, Firestore, Storage), and can be restored later. If you do not use backup, your data stays on the device.

5. Ads and Advertising Identifiers

The app may show banner ads. The ad partner (Google AdMob) may use advertising identifiers to serve personalized ads. You can limit or reset this at any time in your device settings:

iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (you can disallow tracking)

6. Retention and Deletion

Data stored on your device is removed when you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. Cloud backup data is deleted upon your request or when the service ends. Information collected by the third-party services in Section 3 may be retained for the periods set out in each provider's privacy policy. Where applicable law requires retention, data may be kept for that period.

7. Your Rights (Access & Deletion Requests)

On-device data: you can view, edit, and delete it directly in the app; uninstalling the app removes all of it.
Cloud backup data and sign-in account: on request, we will delete them along with all linked data.
Deletion of personal information you provided when contacting us.

8. Children's Privacy

The app is a general-audience service and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 (or the applicable minimum age in your region) without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child's information has been collected, please contact us at the email above and we will delete it without delay.

9. International Data Transfers

Servers used for analytics, ads, cloud backup, and sign-in (Google, Apple) may be located outside your country, such as in the United States. In such cases, data is processed safely under each provider's policy and applicable law. Cloud backup and sign-in are used only when you choose to.

Changes will be announced on this page; significant changes will also be announced in the app.
